1. Eligibility for Returns & Refunds
Thank you for choosing BOWLVAN. To ensure a fair process for both parties, please note the following:

We Accept Returns For: Items that arrived damaged during shipping or with verified manufacturing defects (e.g., cracking, severe glaze flaws, deformation affecting use).

We Do Not Accept Returns For: Non-quality related reasons such as change of mind, subjective discrepancies in color or size perception, or minor, natural glaze variations that do not affect use. Customized items (e.g., personalized engraving, special glaze colors) are final sale.

2. Return Process & Timeframe

Step 1: Contact Customer Service: You must contact us via email or live chat within 15 calendar days of receiving the item. Please provide your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photo/video evidence (showing the damage/defect and the original packaging).

Step 2: Authorization: Our team will review your request within 1-3 business days. A return will only be processed if our customer service explicitly authorizes it and provides a return address. Please do not ship items back without prior authorization.

Step 3: Ship the Item: For authorized returns, you must ship the item with all original accessories and packaging to our designated address (typically within the United States). Please use a trackable shipping service and pack the item securely to prevent further damage.

3. Refund Processing

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item and confirm it meets the above eligibility criteria.

The refund amount will be for the product's purchase price. Original shipping costs and any return shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped).

4. Important Disclaimers

Slight color variations between product images and the actual item may occur due to different display monitors and are not considered a defect.

We are not responsible for international shipping delays, customs holds, or import duties, which are beyond our control. We recommend contacting the carrier or your local customs office for such issues.
