Shipping policy
1. Processing Time
All orders are custom printed on demand. Processing (printing and quality check) typically takes 2–5 business days after payment confirmation, excluding weekends and holidays. Mugs and posters are often faster (1–3 business days) but times may vary during peak seasons.
2. Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to customers in the United States. Printful fulfills orders from the nearest available US facility, often in California, North Carolina, or Texas. Free shipping is available on all orders.
3. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time
After processing, delivery typically takes 3–8 business days within the US. Total time from order placement is usually 5–10 business days, depending on your location. Coast-to-coast moves take longer than within-region deliveries. Express shipping (1–3 business days after processing) is available at checkout for eligible addresses.
4. Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email. Carriers may include USPS, UPS, FedEx, or DHL. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates.
5. Delayed or Lost Packages
If your package has not arrived within 7 business days of shipment, please contact us. Delays due to customs, weather, or carrier issues are beyond our control. If a package is officially declared lost by the carrier, we will arrange a reshipment or refund.
6. Incorrect Address
Please provide a complete and accurate shipping address. We are not liable for orders returned or lost due to address errors. Reshipment may require additional payment.
7. Customs, Duties & Taxes
All orders shipped within the US are subject to local tax laws. Duties and customs typically do not apply for US domestic shipments.
8. Split Shipments
If you order multiple items, they may be fulfilled and shipped from different Printful facilities. You will receive separate tracking information for each shipment.
9. Holiday Season
Processing and delivery times may be longer during peak holiday seasons. Please check our website for current holiday cutoff dates.
