Shipping policy

1. Processing Time & Shipping Destinations
All orders are processed and shipped from our fulfillment partner's warehouse within 1-3 business days after payment is confirmed (excluding weekends and holidays).

We currently ship to multiple countries and regions worldwide. The list of available destinations will be shown automatically at checkout.

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Estimates
We offer two reliable international shipping options to meet your needs:

Important Notice: The “Estimated Delivery Time” provided above is for reference only, based on the experience of most orders, and is not a guaranteed delivery date. Actual transit times may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as customs clearance procedures, local holidays, weather conditions, or carrier delays. Any customs duties, import taxes, or VAT that may be levied by the destination country are the responsibility of the recipient, in accordance with local regulations.

3. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use this number on the carrier's official website to check the real-time status of your package.

4. Shipping Issues & Lost Packages

If your package has not arrived after 12 business days for Standard Shipping or 8 business days for Expedited Shipping from the shipment date, please contact our customer service team for investigation assistance with the carrier.

We are not liable for packages that are returned or lost due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, failed delivery attempts (no one available to sign), or the recipient's refusal to pay applicable import taxes. Any additional costs incurred will be the customer's responsibility.
